Alytica provides a platform for analyzing user behavior within digital products, including but not limited to websites and mobile applications. The Service allows Users to track events, create reports, and gain insights into user engagement.

b. Payment Terms: You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize Alytica to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.
c. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
8. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ALYTICA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ALYTICA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
